When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, budget range and any message you write. If you arrive from an advertisement we may also record the campaign source (UTM parameters). Our website may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site.
2. How we use it
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, manage the project relationship and, with your consent, send relevant updates. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Disclosure
We may share data with service providers who help us run our business (such as email, scheduling and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data where required by Malaysian law.
4. Retention and security
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed for the purposes above and delete or anonymise it afterwards. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
