1. Our services
w3b DD provides web3 design and software development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in a written proposal or statement of work.
2. No financial, legal or investment advice
We are not a law firm, financial adviser, digital asset exchange or licensed intermediary. Nothing on this website or in our deliverables is legal, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with Malaysian law, including requirements of the Securities Commission Malaysia and Bank Negara Malaysia.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in Malaysian ringgit and exclude SST where applicable. Milestone payments are invoiced as agreed in the statement of work.
4. Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools and may use open-source components under their respective licences.
5. Security and smart contracts
Smart contracts and blockchain applications carry inherent risks. We follow industry best practices, but we cannot guarantee that software is free from defects or that third-party audits will find every issue.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of digital assets.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction.
